Low Spark of High Heels

The Girl seemed to magically appear on the page and the rest of the piece just popped out and here it sits .... It truly represents the pride I feel inside being a part of the community for over thirty years and my love of the SF LGBT community.

Low Spark of High Heels

This was designed, produced and inspired by a podcast I was listening to. One night I was listening to an old interview Oprah had with Maya Angelou. One of the topics that was discussed was the importance of manifesting grace through gratitude. I couldn’t help as I was listening, the support I have always had from the LGBT community. Shopping bags overflowing with the Abundance of the colors of the rainbow, I couldn’t help reflect. The Girl seemed to magically appear on the page and the rest of the piece just popped out and here it sits .... It truly represents the pride I feel inside being a part of the community for over thirty years and my love of the SF LGBT community.

Born in Brooklyn NY, Ive been painting since I’m 8yrs old. Schooled in Manhattan, I came to SF to help my brother who died of AIDS in 1984 and stayed at his request. Fell in love with SF and started 3 businesses. After 12 years of owning retail businesses, I came down with severe Crohn’s disease. Eight years later, I went back to my art and six years after that I as in full cure. Realizing the power of art to heal and studying how to harness this Noetic power, I now teach others to use Intentional Art Imagery to move healing energy for the world In wish we live. I strive for my own fine art to reflect living in this awareness and the joy it brings.

I am so very grateful... from those who came before to those who are here now... I thank you all.
